In any case of damage inside or outside the Villa kindly contact us directly.
Any damage caused by guests must be charged from them, in order to be replaced.
This agreement is for the sole residential use by the guest for the rental period and not for any other purpose. Entertainment parties and functions involving a large number of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by us in advance.
We cannot be held responsible for any death, accident, illness or injuries suffered by you or your guests during your stay at the property under any circumstances. You undertake to ensure that no children are left unattended. We strongly recommend that you have private medical insurance in place covering your stay in Romania.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
The maid services deliver a completely organized and clean Villa. The housekeeping is based on the length of stay, whether it is partial (refresh) or full cleaning.

For your own safety, we would like to inform you that the business is not liable for any loss or damage. Valuables left at the property are at the clients' risks. We are not responsible for their loss or misplacement. You undertake to ensure that the windows and doors of the house are left closed and locked when the house is unoccupied.
